Leslie Krasny is a partner in the San Francisco office of law firm Keller and Heckman LLP (www.khlaw.com). She specializes in food and drug law, with emphasis on food safety, labeling, ingredient evaluation, organics, biotechnology and advertising. She is a member of the California Bar and holds a master's degree in cell and molecular biology. And has been a longtime contributor to (and advisory board member of) Food Processing and Wellness Foods. Mr. Payne has over 25 years of management experience in the enterprise and manufacturing software business. Since 1992, while with CDC Software (formerly Ross Systems), he has worked with a variety of food and beverage processors, including The Cheesecake Factory, Litehouse Foods, Michael Angelo's, and Fiorucci Foods, helping them achieve their financial and operational goals. Prior to joining Ross Systems, Mr. Payne held director of solution consulting and professional services positions for a number of MRP and ERP software vendors.
