Rachel Roark is a Product Engineer at FabEnCo, Inc., the world’s leading manufacturer of self-closing safety gates. Rachel joined FabEnCo in March of 2009 as a Business Development/Sales representative and became the company’s Product Engineer in February of 2010. A graduate of Baylor University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Mathematics, Rachel’s responsibilities at FabEnCo include handling all custom modifications and orders, providing drawings, answering questions concerning regulations, mounting techniques, coatings, testing and applications. Travis Haynam is director of business development and technical sales at United Air Specialists, Inc., (www.uasinc.com). He holds both a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati and has 12 years of experience designing and developing air filtration solutions and air pollution control equipment. Travis is also a published author with articles appearing in trade publications such as Green Manufacturer, Powder Bulk Solids, American Welding Society Journal and The Fabricator.

Jeff Baker studied Chemistry at Lawrence Technological University and also received a degree in History from Oakland University. He worked as an Environmental Chemist for Masco Corporation and independent testing laboratories. Since 1998 Jeff has worked as a technical sales representative for SlipNOT® Metal Safety Flooring. In the past 15 years he has worked with local, state, and federal regulators to increase safety for vehicular, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic. He also worked with personnel in various industries to increase workplace safety and productivity.
